London Anthropology Day is a free university taster day for Year 12, 13 and FE students, career advisors and teachers. The event includes interactive workshops, films and exhibitions, where participants gain hands-on experience of what it is like to study anthropology at university, learn about careers and find out what universities in Britain have to offer.

The following universities and associations are taking part in this year’s event: Bournemouth, Bristol, Brunel, Cambridge, Durham, Goldsmiths, Exeter, Kent, Liverpool John Moores, LSE, Manchester, Oxford Brookes, Oxford, Queen’s University Belfast, Roehampton, SOAS, Sussex, UCL, UEA, UEL, and the British Association for Biological Anthropology and Osteoarchaeology.

    For more information visit: http://www.londonanthropologyday.co.uk

The day is free but registration is essential. Pre-Registration is now open at http://lad2012.eventbrite.com/. Every year the event is over prescribed. By pre-registering you will receive first choice of workshops and ensure you get a place at this year’s event.
